With a training regimen consisting of kickboxing and strength/conditioning, Carlos Condit is one of the youngest WEC Welterweight Champions. One of his favorite take-down techniques is the knees to the jaw move. Currently teaching at a gym, Condit still actively participates in the UFC, facing up against some of the strongest and most challenging opponents in the world.
