March of 2004 is when training for fighting began for Clay Guidia. He has wrestled for Junior College National Championship in 2001 at Harper College. He is a former Strikeforce LW Champion, a two-time XFO LW Champion, and an Extreme Kage Kombat LW champion as well. The rear naked choke is his favorite striking technique and he considers it an honor to have been accepted into the UFC.
