| Lytle started training in 1998, trying to build up his skill so he could one day be a proud member of the UFC. His training for fights consists of doing sprints, plyo training, and weights three times each week. He also practices grappling and sparring as much as possible throughout each week. Before he was a UFC fighter, Lytle was a personal trainer in a gym. |
