| An accomplished fighter, Herring has won many titles in tournaments and championships over the years. He prefers striking from the knees in most matches and began training when he was 18 years old. His fighting career began when he was asked to join in the ShootFights in Amarillo, Texas. Previously a computer programmer, the UFC is a major shift in his life and one he welcomes with open arms and fists. |
